Unless it is specified in the product details in the shop, no. Your artwork will not be framed but I am more than happy to supply a quote and arrange that for you once paid.
Unframed Originals will be shipped with insurance and tracking within five (5) business days. Please allow a further ten to fourteen 10-14 days for delivery (longer for rural areas).
If you require a framed Original, please allow two to three weeks (2-3) from when the frame has been chosen. It will then be shipped including insurance and tracking. Please allow a further ten to fourteen 10-14 days for delivery (longer for rural areas). Framing is not included in the price of the Artwork. Framing is at an additional cost.

Prints made to order
Generally most Prints are made to order upon purchase. Please allow three to five (3-5) business days for printing/packing/shipping with insurance and tracking then a further ten to fourteen (10-14) for delivery (longer in rural areas).

Yes you can but only if it is an Original Artwork. This does not apply to Prints, Commissions or any other products. Please read the following.
Unconditional Returns Policy
Applies to Originals only – For Unconditional Returns to be valid please see full T’s and C’s
This applies only to Original Artworks: not Prints, Commissions or any other product. I want you to be happy, nay ecstatic with what you have chosen. If your art arrives and you don’t adore it, or, you simply change your mind, all you need to do is repackage it in it’s Original packaging and send it back. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping including insurance and tracking. Once I have received the returned artwork, I will provide a full refund for the cost of the artwork only (not return shipping/insurance/tracking or outbound International shipping/insurance/tracking). Outbound Shipping in Australia is FREE.
Proof of return shipping including insurance and tracking must be supplied to me via email prior to shipping courier pick up. I will advise which shipping carrier is to be used or if you prefer to use your own, proof of insurance and tracking must be supplied. You must have complied with full T’s and C’s for refund to apply.
You strictly have a full week (seven days) from receipt of artwork to decide if you’d like to return it. No questions asked. If the artwork has been damaged on it’s return by the shipping carrier, provided you have complied with the full T’s and C’s, your refund will be given immediately.
Of course you can. Just send me an email and we can discuss what dimensions you are thinking of. You could even consider a print on stretched canvas.
Original artworks on canvas will be ready to hang. Prints will not, however, I am more than happy to organise having your Print framed at an additional cost. It would then arrive ready to hang. Occasionally, I may have a framed Print but if this is the case it will be specified in the product details in the shop.
Unfortunately not. Couriers do not deliver to a P.O. Box. Perhaps you could ask a friend to take delivery or use your workplace address.
All artworks are insured during transit. If an artwork box appears damaged on delivery please inform the courier when you sign for it. Photograph the damaged area prior to unpacking and if, when you unpack your Artwork, you find that the artwork is also damaged, please also photograph the damage. Contact me immediately (within 24hrs) sending the photographs and a full refund will be given. Full terms and conditions apply.
No. If it is damaged in transit on it’s return, this is the only way of recouping the value of the artwork. No refund will be given if insurance has not been paid for.
